Project Overview: Clark Roofing was selected to address a large-scale commercial roofing project involving a 3” IMP (insulated metal panel) system. The goal was to improve performance while avoiding a full tear-off.
Challenge: Aging roof system, need to minimize disruption, replace skylights, and complete a 2,600 square project on a tight timeline.
Solution: Designed a custom metal TPO retrofit system installed over the existing roof, reducing cost and downtime. Fabricated and installed six new skylight assemblies.
Execution: Project size ~2,600 squares. Completed in 18 days. Precision installation with efficient coordination and clean jobsite management.
Results: Extended roof life, improved performance, reduced costs, enhanced natural lighting, and minimized disruption.
