The Challenge: Design requirements called for enhanced hail resistance, long-term durability, and integration with new construction timelines on a nearly 2,900 square facility.
Our Solution: Installed a 60 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over a ½” nail base and R-30 polyiso insulation, delivering superior protection, energy efficiency, and durability.
Execution: Project size: 2,875 squares. Completed in 26 days. Included custom fabrication and installation of pre-finished coping, gutters, and downspouts.
