CITY OF TEMPLE ANNEX BUILDING

Location: Temple, TX

Project Overview: Clark Roofing was selected to install a high-performance TPO recover system for the City of Temple Annex Building, addressing water intrusion concerns and improving overall roof performance.

The Challenge: The existing roofing system required enhancement without a full tear-off, and ongoing water intrusion at parapet walls needed a long-term solution.

Our Solution: Installed a fully adhered TPO recover system over poly-iso insulation to improve energy efficiency and durability. Custom-fabricated and installed TPO-clad edge metal over existing EIFS to eliminate water intrusion at parapet walls.

Execution: Project size: 110 squares. Completed in 3 days with efficient coordination and minimal disruption to building operations.

Results: Improved waterproofing performance, resolved parapet wall leaks, enhanced energy efficiency, and delivered a fast, cost-effective roofing solution.

Why Clark Roofing: Clark Roofing provides engineered solutions that solve complex issues while maximizing performance, efficiency, and long-term value.
