The Challenge: The 5-story building presented limited access conditions. The mechanical yard roof contained over 160 penetrations along with a mechanical screen wall fence, requiring precise detailing and coordination.
Our Solution: Installed an 80 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over the existing modified bitumen roof, providing enhanced durability and waterproofing for a high-demand facility.
Execution: Project size: 380 squares. Completed in 8 days with careful coordination around rooftop equipment and penetrations, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
