CITY OF TEMPLE PUBLIC LIBRARY

Location: Temple, TX

Project Overview: Clark Roofing was selected to replace the roofing system for the City of Temple Public Library following severe hail damage, requiring both roofing and skylight restoration.

The Challenge: The building presented limited access conditions with a roof height of approximately 60 feet. In addition, the existing skylight system (18’ x 54’) was severely damaged and required full replacement.

Our Solution: Installed an 80 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system for enhanced durability and weather resistance. Custom-fabricated and replaced both interior and exterior skylight systems to restore natural lighting and ensure long-term performance.

Execution: Project size: 440 squares. Completed in 9 days with coordinated access planning, crane logistics, and precise skylight installation.

Results: Restored a critical community facility with a high-performance roofing system, improved durability, and fully functional skylights, all delivered with minimal disruption.

Why Clark Roofing: Clark Roofing delivers complex roofing and skylight solutions with precision, speed, and expertise—especially for high-access municipal buildings.
