Project Overview: Clark Roofing was awarded the contract to complete a roof replacement on the McLennan County Jail Annex, a 7-story multi-level correctional facility requiring secure, high performance roofing.
The Challenge: The project involves a high-rise, multi-level structure with complex access requirements and the need to coordinate work within a secure, operational environment.
Our Solution: Installing a 60 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over a full tapered concrete deck, designed to provide superior drainage, durability, and long-term performance.
Execution: Estimated project size: 160 squares. Currently in progress with coordinated logistics, safety protocols, and phased installation to ensure efficient completion.
