The Challenge: The project required coordination with the general contractor to meet new construction timelines while delivering a high-performance roofing system and integrated exterior components.
Our Solution: Installed a 60 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over R-30 polyiso insulation. Completed exterior scope included metal wall panel system, pre-finished coping, gutters, and downspouts.
Execution: Project size: 140 squares. Completed in 4 days with efficient coordination and adherence to the construction schedule.
