The Challenge: The project required integration with a new construction schedule while ensuring long-term performance and proper detailing over concrete tilt-wall construction.
Our Solution: Installed a 60 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over two layers of 2.6” polyiso insulation for enhanced thermal performance. Custom-fabricated and installed pre-finished coping caps over concrete tilt walls.
Execution: Project size: 180 squares. Completed in 5 days with efficient coordination and adherence to construction timelines.
