Project Overview: Clark Roofing was selected to restore and upgrade multiple facilities at TYMCO Industries following severe hail damage across the property.
The Challenge: The hailstorm caused extensive damage to all roofing systems and skylights across eight large buildings, requiring a large-scale, coordinated solution with enhanced impact resistance for future protection.
Our Solution: Installed a 60 mil fully adhered TPO retrofit system with an additional R-25 insulation layer and high-density coverboard to improve durability and hail resistance. Replaced all fiberglass skylights with high-impact curved skylights.
Execution: Project size: 3,300 square feet across 8 buildings. Completed in 42 days with coordinated multi-building scheduling and efficient large-scale deployment.
Results: Restored and upgraded all facilities with improved energy efficiency, superior hail resistance, and long-term durability across the entire property.
