Project Overview: Clark Roofing completed a large-scale new construction project for the UZIN UTZ manufacturing facility, delivering a high-performance roofing system designed for industrial use.
The Challenge: The facility required a durable roofing system capable of supporting manufacturing operations, along with integration of a large number of skylights while maintaining OSHA-compliant safety standards.
Our Solution: Installed a 60 mil fully adhered TPO roofing system over R-30 polyiso insulation. Integrated 100 high-impact, OSHA-approved fall-protected skylight domes, along with complete metal gutter, coping, and downspout systems.
Execution: Project size: 670 squares. Completed in 18 days with coordinated installation of roofing, skylights, and drainage systems.
Results: Delivered a high-performance industrial roofing system with enhanced natural lighting, safety compliance, and long-term durability for a manufacturing environment.
