Location: Industrial Facility
Project Overview: Clark Roofing was selected to address severe roof system failure at an industrial facility caused by muriatic acid discharge that compromised the existing metal roof.
The Challenge: The acid exposure completely deteriorated the trapezoidal metal panels. The 50-foot-high structure created extreme access challenges, and the existing roof could not be safely walked due to fall risk.
Our Solution: Engineered a replacement strategy involving the removal of compromised panels and the installation of new 22-gauge Type A metal decking. Installed a new TPO roofing system over the new deck for long-term durability and protection.
Execution: Project size: 240 squares. Completed in 5 days using specialized access planning, safety controls, and coordinated installation procedures.
Results: Successfully restored structural integrity and waterproofing performance, delivering a safe, durable roofing system for a high-risk industrial environment.
Why Clark Roofing: Clark Roofing excels in solving complex industrial roofing failures with engineered solutions, advanced safety planning, and rapid execution.
