About the Author:

Dakota Hansen is a proud Central Texas native, with deep roots in the community of Lorena. From an early age, he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for serving his local area.

Dakota attended Texas A&M University, where he earned an Agricultural Leadership and Development (ALED) degree. 

This academic background laid the foundation for his future career, teaching him leadership and business skills that would later prove valuable. 

After graduating, Dakota worked in logistics at L3 Technologies and Lehigh’s Waco Plant, gaining experience in managing operations and solving complex problems. 

However, his passion for construction and desire to stay close to home led him to make a career shift. Dakota transitioned into the roofing industry, joining J. Michael Clark Builders full-time. 

Today, as the proud owner of Clark Roofing, he combines his dedication to craftsmanship with a commitment to his family. Dakota is married to Mandi Clark, and together they have three children.
