My wife and I were very pleased with the replacement of our roof due to hail damage.We decided to replace with Decra metal XD shingles. Waldo from Clark Roofing was very knowledgeable about the shingles and installation. They used a crew from Dallas TX to install the roof which added some cost to installation but the crew was very professional and we could tell that they had done this many times.

If you want a roofer that isn't going to try an skim the system to make a quick buck, but rather give honest answers about what your roof needs then this is the company you want. They are earnest and straightforward, and I know they did a fantastic job not only on our new roof and gutters but also on a quick repair they did some years past for us.

My mom started the process to repair of our damaged roofs and I am so thankful she called Clark Roofing. Waldo came out immediately and provided us with confirmation that we needed to call insurance for our roofs after a hail and windstorm. He provided pictures for our insurance companies which helped speed the claim process up. I am very picky about professional customer service and Waldo provided what I would say is the gold standard of service. The crews Clark roofing sent out did an amazing job on both homes in one day and Waldo was gracious answering post repair problem questions and potential issues. The price for replacement of an entire roof was spot on, Waldo even looked over our insurance claims and worked with my mom's insurance company when he noted they didn't account for some costs. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Our HOA uses Clark for roofing. After the storm in February, they came out inspected leaks and we ended up with a new roof. Clark also did the repairs from the storm. Quality work, fast efficient, very professional in work and communicating what, when and how. They are FIVE Stars!!!!!!

Clark Roofing came out and knocked the project out of the water. As if that wasn't enough, we recently had a plumber misdiagnose an issue we were having in our attic. Joseph sent someone out to us, free of charge, helped correctly diagnose the issue AND helped us find a plumber to fix the job ASAP. It is so hard these days to find folks who will do good work and when you do find it you want to shout it from the rooftops. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, the folks at this company deserve it. I had lost a few shingles in a recent storm, which also lead me to wonder if we had hail damage. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with a real local person. He promised that he would send someone out that same day. Indeed someone showed in early afternoon. He surveyed the damaged shingles. He also did thorough examination of the entire roof. He decided there was not enough hail damage to support an insurance claim, and even got a colleague out to confirm his assessment. He then took a piece of damaged roofing back to the shop to match it up and returned that same afternoon. He not only repaired the damaged shingles but repaired many other spots where the roofing nails needed to be caulked. As he left I asked how much I owed and the young man would not let me pay him. When it does come time to replace our roof you can bet I will be calling Clark Roofing!

This company was recommended by our insurance agent and we could not have been happier. Everything was done in a timely manner even with having to take down and replace solar panels. The guys doing the work were all very friendly. Everything was cleaned up and you could not tell they had ever been here. Any questions leading up to the job being done were answered immediately. Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. He did a estimate on a new roof, turtle vents, and other vent pipes on my mobile home. After getting another estimate from another roofing company we went with Clark's Roofing. So glad we did. I want to thank Joseph for all of his help. A few months ago, I had originally called another roofing company here in Waco (the one that starts with an H and has the most Google reviews)... big mistake, that guy never went onto the roof, left in 5 minutes, and said something needed to be repaired that didn't make any sense. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with Joseph. I explained everything to him and although my needs were small, he came within one hour of my call, as there was supposed to be a big thunderstorm that evening. He made the roof repair and checked the entire roof for any other issues and fixed them too. He did it all for a very reasonable price! He had great communication, as well. There have been many thunderstorms since and the roof is perfect. I would recommend Clark Roofing to others and would use them again in the future.

He then walked me through all the insurance claim process and got it all started. Then he gave me a start date and the Roofers arrived on time and completed my roof in one day.
