Just had Clark roofing out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. No major damage, but a couple of vents needed to be re-sealed. They did this minor repair and did not charge for the inspection and repair. Great customer service. If I need any roofing work in the future I surely call them.

From the initial communication until the completion of all the work, Waldo was simply amazing to work with. He offered us advice on the roof color and gutters. Thanks to Waldo we realized the fascia and soffit needed to be painted after the gutters were removed. Waldo was patient and worked with us to allow time to have that work done before installing the new gutters. The entire team who worked on our home was professional and left everything clean when they were done. It is hard to find great service these days, however Waldo and his team far exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I were very pleased with the replacement of our roof due to hail damage.We decided to replace with Decra metal XD shingles. Waldo from Clark Roofing was very knowledgeable about the shingles and installation. They used a crew from Dallas TX to install the roof which added some cost to installation but the crew was very professional and we could tell that they had done this many times.

Clark Roofing replaced my mother-in-law’s roof and repaired other damage after two severe storms in Temple, Texas. They arrived on schedule and did excellent work. The cost was exactly as estimated. I could not have been happier with the job they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. He did a estimate on a new roof, turtle vents, and other vent pipes on my mobile home. After getting another estimate from another roofing company we went with Clark's Roofing. So glad we did. After a recent hail storm, my wife called 6-7 roofing companies for estimates. The estimates varied up to 10k dollars. The neighbor a few houses down the street (Joseph Hardy) approached us one evening and asked if we would like a roof inspection. He came the next morning and preformed the inspection. He noted the areas that obtained hail damage and presented us with the estimate. Joseph was also present when our insurance adjuster was performing his inspection. The estimate included higher hail rated shingles and upgraded gutters equivalent to the basic roof estimate from the others. I was hesitant at first but he took the time to explain how the insurance works plus we figured that since he lived in our neighborhood that he wouldn't steer us wrong. The last time I had a roof replaced was years ago and the process was different. Joseph was very informative with the updates for the roof installation along with the supplies. The day of the installation, he was up on the roof further inspecting after the old shingles and paper were removed. The crew arrived early as promised and did a great job! The clean-up was immaculate as there was nothing I could find after they left and we are very OCD type of people. We highly recommended Joseph and Clark Roofing to two other neighbors who had their roofs done and were just as impressed as us.

Clark's Roofing and Joseph Hardy are the best! They are really easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process of having our shingles replaced. They are very knowledgeable and work well with insurance companies with regards to claims. They even caught stuff that the insurance adjuster missed (and I had no clue about). Joseph Hardy and the whole crew at Clark Roofing are amazing and we could not recommend them enough. A few years ago, a couple of brutal storms destroyed our roof. Clark Roofing came out and knocked the project out of the water. As if that wasn't enough, we recently had a plumber misdiagnose an issue we were having in our attic. Joseph sent someone out to us, free of charge, helped correctly diagnose the issue AND helped us find a plumber to fix the job ASAP. It is so hard these days to find folks who will do good work and when you do find it you want to shout it from the rooftops. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Talked with Joseph on an inspection needed after heavy winds. We didn’t need a new roof at the time but he did replace the shingles that had blown off with new shingles. Extremely pleased with Clark Roofing. When I called after a storm they came quickly and gave me a "no pressure" professional assessment of my roof. Clark worked with my insurance company by providing pictures of problem areas. They explained choices for our new roof and were reasonably priced. Their work and cleanup were exceptional. If I could give more than five stars, the folks at this company deserve it. I had lost a few shingles in a recent storm, which also lead me to wonder if we had hail damage. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with a real local person. He promised that he would send someone out that same day. Indeed someone showed in early afternoon. He surveyed the damaged shingles. He also did thorough examination of the entire roof. He decided there was not enough hail damage to support an insurance claim, and even got a colleague out to confirm his assessment. He then took a piece of damaged roofing back to the shop to match it up and returned that same afternoon. He not only repaired the damaged shingles but repaired many other spots where the roofing nails needed to be caulked. As he left I asked how much I owed and the young man would not let me pay him. When it does come time to replace our roof you can bet I will be calling Clark Roofing!

The staff are professional and friendly. They're definitely knowledgeable about their jobs and hire other companies that are too (for non-roofing items) I will definitely use them again in the future!

It's rare that you come across model professionalism from start to finish in any business these days but Clark Roofing (specifically Joseph Hardy) is just such a business. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Bottom line, he explains what needs to happen, gives you options that fit your needs and budget, tells you what he is going to do, and then does it all while remaining friendly, courteous, and professional. If you need anything done for your roof all you need to do is call Joseph. He is now the only roof guy I'll use. Thanks Joseph!

A few months ago, I had originally called another roofing company here in Waco (the one that starts with an H and has the most Google reviews)... big mistake, that guy never went onto the roof, left in 5 minutes, and said something needed to be repaired that didn't make any sense. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with Joseph. I explained everything to him and although my needs were small, he came within one hour of my call, as there was supposed to be a big thunderstorm that evening. He made the roof repair and checked the entire roof for any other issues and fixed them too. He did it all for a very reasonable price! He had great communication, as well. There have been many thunderstorms since and the roof is perfect. I would recommend Clark Roofing to others and would use them again in the future.
