I want to thank Joseph for all of his help. A few months ago, I had originally called another roofing company here in Waco (the one that starts with an H and has the most Google reviews)... big mistake, that guy never went onto the roof, left in 5 minutes, and said something needed to be repaired that didn't make any sense. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with Joseph. I explained everything to him and although my needs were small, he came within one hour of my call, as there was supposed to be a big thunderstorm that evening. He made the roof repair and checked the entire roof for any other issues and fixed them too. He did it all for a very reasonable price! He had great communication, as well. There have been many thunderstorms since and the roof is perfect. I would recommend Clark Roofing to others and would use them again in the future.

Clark roofing did a fantastic job replacing our storm damaged roof. The crew made sure to protect all landscaping, walkways etc from debris and old nails. They had they old roof off, the new roof installed, and the area cleaned up before 4 pm. Joseph Hardy was extremely helpful in helping us pick out an updated shingle color and was on site throughout the day making sure his crew and my roof were well taken care off. Joseph Hardy and the whole crew at Clark Roofing are amazing and we could not recommend them enough. A few years ago, a couple of brutal storms destroyed our roof. Clark Roofing came out and knocked the project out of the water. As if that wasn't enough, we recently had a plumber misdiagnose an issue we were having in our attic. Joseph sent someone out to us, free of charge, helped correctly diagnose the issue AND helped us find a plumber to fix the job ASAP. It is so hard these days to find folks who will do good work and when you do find it you want to shout it from the rooftops. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

After a recent hail storm, my wife called 6-7 roofing companies for estimates. The estimates varied up to 10k dollars. The neighbor a few houses down the street (Joseph Hardy) approached us one evening and asked if we would like a roof inspection. He came the next morning and preformed the inspection. He noted the areas that obtained hail damage and presented us with the estimate. Joseph was also present when our insurance adjuster was performing his inspection. The estimate included higher hail rated shingles and upgraded gutters equivalent to the basic roof estimate from the others. I was hesitant at first but he took the time to explain how the insurance works plus we figured that since he lived in our neighborhood that he wouldn't steer us wrong. The last time I had a roof replaced was years ago and the process was different. Joseph was very informative with the updates for the roof installation along with the supplies. The day of the installation, he was up on the roof further inspecting after the old shingles and paper were removed. The crew arrived early as promised and did a great job! The clean-up was immaculate as there was nothing I could find after they left and we are very OCD type of people. We highly recommended Joseph and Clark Roofing to two other neighbors who had their roofs done and were just as impressed as us.

This company delivers 5-star customer service! During the initial meeting with Project Mgr Ruben Flores, he took the time to understand the issues we had been experiencing and actions taken since purchasing the home in late 2020 (the roof had been replaced by the previous owner with another roofing company just prior to our ownership). Ruben completed a thorough inspection of the ENTIRE roof. Within just one business day, we had a written quote detailing the work that needed to be done, as well as an 18-pg inspection report that outlined his findings/recommendations with pictures. We knew then this was an organization we wanted to do business with. This is how all companies should operate, but sadly, few do today. Because Ruben's inspection indicated some concerns with cracks in the mortar joints of the stone, he went above and beyond in assisting us with incorporating this work in with the roofing repair. The work started as promised, and the crews were efficient, professional, and polite (even when requesting to get on the porch roof to see things for myself). Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. He did a estimate on a new roof, turtle vents, and other vent pipes on my mobile home. After getting another estimate from another roofing company we went with Clark's Roofing. So glad we did. They all were so kind who came to do my roof and the daughter and son-in-laws next door too. Just had Clark roofing out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. No major damage, but a couple of vents needed to be re-sealed. They did this minor repair and did not charge for the inspection and repair. Great customer service. If I need any roofing work in the future I surely call them.

If you want a roofer that isn't going to try an skim the system to make a quick buck, but rather give honest answers about what your roof needs then this is the company you want. They are earnest and straightforward, and I know they did a fantastic job not only on our new roof and gutters but also on a quick repair they did some years past for us.

If I could give more than five stars, the folks at this company deserve it. I had lost a few shingles in a recent storm, which also lead me to wonder if we had hail damage. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with a real local person. He promised that he would send someone out that same day. Indeed someone showed in early afternoon. He surveyed the damaged shingles. He also did thorough examination of the entire roof. He decided there was not enough hail damage to support an insurance claim, and even got a colleague out to confirm his assessment. He then took a piece of damaged roofing back to the shop to match it up and returned that same afternoon. He not only repaired the damaged shingles but repaired many other spots where the roofing nails needed to be caulked. As he left I asked how much I owed and the young man would not let me pay him. When it does come time to replace our roof you can bet I will be calling Clark Roofing!

Amazing! I went with Clark because of their knowledge with insurance claims, and they did not disappoint. They submitted all the information to my insurance company when more funds were needed. Jason "Waldo" kept me informed through the entire process. He was available for every question I had and didn't minimize any concerns. I contacted Waldo with Clark Roofing after trying numerous roofing companies and contractors to fix a roof leak. He was the only one who followed up with me to ensure the repairs were completed and done correctly prior to sending me an invoice. The other companies did not call to confirm the repairs corrected the problem and only wanted to know when they could expect payment. One company came out twice when the the repairs did not correct the problem and invoiced me twice; leaving me with a leaking roof. I highly recommend Waldo and Clark Roofing.

Clark roofing replaced the roof of a home we purchased before we moved in. We have lived here almost a year, and noticed some of the fascia was rotted in an area. It's rare that you come across model professionalism from start to finish in any business these days but Clark Roofing (specifically Joseph Hardy) is just such a business. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Bottom line, he explains what needs to happen, gives you options that fit your needs and budget, tells you what he is going to do, and then does it all while remaining friendly, courteous, and professional.
