I contacted Waldo with Clark Roofing after trying numerous roofing companies and contractors to fix a roof leak. He was the only one who followed up with me to ensure the repairs were completed and done correctly prior to sending me an invoice. The other companies did not call to confirm the repairs corrected the problem and only wanted to know when they could expect payment. One company came out twice when the the repairs did not correct the problem and invoiced me twice; leaving me with a leaking roof. I highly recommend Waldo and Clark Roofing.

I’ve had 2 roofs put on my house and Clark Roofing was by far the best. Starting first with Joseph who inspected my roof and found storm damage. He then walked me through all the insurance claim process and got it all started. Then he gave me a start date and the Roofers arrived on time and completed my roof in one day. They cleaned everything up and even did some extra work on my chimney that was not included. Crew were extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Clark Roofing.

These guys are the best! They helped us with our insurance claim and pointed out damage we hadn't even noticed after the hail storm. Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. He did a estimate on a new roof, turtle vents, and other vent pipes on my mobile home. After getting another estimate from another roofing company we went with Clark's Roofing. So glad we did. They all were so kind who came to do my roof and the daughter and son-in-laws next door too. Talked with Joseph on an inspection needed after heavy winds. We didn’t need a new roof at the time but he did replace the shingles that had blown off with new shingles. Joseph was very professional, came out to the house when he said he would and was very easy to communicate with. When we are ready for a new roof, Clark Roofing will definitely be getting our business.

It's rare that you come across model professionalism from start to finish in any business these days but Clark Roofing (specifically Joseph Hardy) is just such a business. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Bottom line, he explains what needs to happen, gives you options that fit your needs and budget, tells you what he is going to do, and then does it all while remaining friendly, courteous, and professional. My wife and I were very pleased with the replacement of our roof due to hail damage.We decided to replace with Decra metal XD shingles. Waldo from Clark Roofing was very knowledgeable about the shingles and installation. They used a crew from Dallas TX to install the roof which added some cost to installation but the crew was very professional and we could tell that they had done this many times.

Great Company. Jeremy (our consultant) was the kind of guy you like to deal with. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. He listened and then provided options along with advice (actual advice. Not high pressure nonsense). I wish every company had a Jeremy. The crew was amazing as well. 100% recommend to all!!! We had a new roof and new gutters installed by Clark Roofing. The quality of work performed was absolutely exceptional. From the initial communication until the completion of all the work, Waldo was simply amazing to work with. He offered us advice on the roof color and gutters. Thanks to Waldo we realized the fascia and soffit needed to be painted after the gutters were removed. Waldo was patient and worked with us to allow time to have that work done before installing the new gutters. The entire team who worked on our home was professional and left everything clean when they were done. My mom started the process to repair of our damaged roofs and I am so thankful she called Clark Roofing.
