My wife and I were very pleased with the replacement of our roof due to hail damage.We decided to replace with Decra metal XD shingles. Waldo from Clark Roofing was very knowledgeable about the shingles and installation. They used a crew from Dallas TX to install the roof which added some cost to installation but the crew was very professional and we could tell that they had done this many times.

Talked with Joseph on an inspection needed after heavy winds. We didn’t need a new roof at the time but he did replace the shingles that had blown off with new shingles. Joseph was very professional, came out to the house when he said he would and was very easy to communicate with. If I could give more than five stars, the folks at this company deserve it. I had lost a few shingles in a recent storm, which also lead me to wonder if we had hail damage. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with a real local person. He promised that he would send someone out that same day. Indeed someone showed in early afternoon. He surveyed the damaged shingles. He also did thorough examination of the entire roof. He decided there was not enough hail damage to support an insurance claim, and even got a colleague out to confirm his assessment. He then took a piece of damaged roofing back to the shop to match it up and returned that same afternoon. He not only repaired the damaged shingles but repaired many other spots where the roofing nails needed to be caulked. As he left I asked how much I owed and the young man would not let me pay him. When it does come time to replace our roof you can bet I will be calling Clark Roofing!

This company delivers 5-star customer service! During the initial meeting with Project Mgr Ruben Flores, he took the time to understand the issues we had been experiencing and actions taken since purchasing the home in late 2020 (the roof had been replaced by the previous owner with another roofing company just prior to our ownership). Ruben completed a thorough inspection of the ENTIRE roof. Within just one business day, we had a written quote detailing the work that needed to be done, as well as an 18-pg inspection report that outlined his findings/recommendations with pictures. We knew then this was an organization we wanted to do business with. This is how all companies should operate, but sadly, few do today. Because Ruben's inspection indicated some concerns with cracks in the mortar joints of the stone, he went above and beyond in assisting us with incorporating this work in with the roofing repair. The work started as promised, and the crews were efficient, professional, and polite (even when requesting to get on the porch roof to see things for myself). We are really impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Clark Roofing. Our new roof looks great and the whole team did an excellent job. They were careful, paid attention to detail, and cleaned away the debris as if they'd never been there. Our contact was Joseph Hardy, who deserves way more than five stars. He made sure all expectations were clearly stated and upheld. He made sure that hail-resistant shingles were installed as promised (as no additional cost) and even left an unused bundle of shingles for us. Our HOA uses Clark for roofing. After the storm in February, they came out inspected leaks and we ended up with a new roof. Clark also did the repairs from the storm. Quality work, fast efficient, very professional in work and communicating what, when and how. They are FIVE Stars!!!!!!

Clark roofing replaced the roof of a home we purchased before we moved in. We have lived here almost a year, and noticed some of the fascia was rotted in an area. I contacted Clark roofing and Joshua came out. They had it fixed within three days at their expense, and it looks great. I’ve had 2 roofs put on my house and Clark Roofing was by far the best. Starting first with Joseph who inspected my roof and found storm damage. He then walked me through all the insurance claim process and got it all started. Then he gave me a start date and the Roofers arrived on time and completed my roof in one day. It's rare that you come across model professionalism from start to finish in any business these days but Clark Roofing (specifically Joseph Hardy) is just such a business. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Bottom line, he explains what needs to happen, gives you options that fit your needs and budget, tells you what he is going to do, and then does it all while remaining friendly, courteous, and professional. Great service. Very responsive. I had two houses and a workshop roof replacement. They completed this in 1 day and the quality is outstanding.

My mom started the process to repair of our damaged roofs and I am so thankful she called Clark Roofing. Waldo came out immediately and provided us with confirmation that we needed to call insurance for our roofs after a hail and windstorm. He provided pictures for our insurance companies which helped speed the claim process up. I am very picky about professional customer service and Waldo provided what I would say is the gold standard of service. The crews Clark roofing sent out did an amazing job on both homes in one day and Waldo was gracious answering post repair problem questions and potential issues. The price for replacement of an entire roof was spot on, Waldo even looked over our insurance claims and worked with my mom's insurance company when he noted they didn't account for some costs.
