We called Clark Roofing for an estimate on a roof replacement and they were quick to respond. Jason “Waldo” Holder came out and looked at our roof. Waldo is very knowledgeable on roof systems, and we discussed our options and made a decision on what material we were going to use. The estimate was right in line with the other estimates that we received. We decided to go with Clark Roofing because they are honest and easy to work with. The crew arrived early and ready to work. They were very professional and did a great job. They made sure that the area was clean and safe at the end of their day and at the end of the job. I want to thank Joseph for all of his help. A few months ago, I had originally called another roofing company here in Waco (the one that starts with an H and has the most Google reviews)... big mistake, that guy never went onto the roof, left in 5 minutes, and said something needed to be repaired that didn't make any sense. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with Joseph. I explained everything to him and although my needs were small, he came within one hour of my call, as there was supposed to be a big thunderstorm that evening. He made the roof repair and checked the entire roof for any other issues and fixed them too. He did it all for a very reasonable price! He had great communication, as well. There have been many thunderstorms since and the roof is perfect. I would recommend Clark Roofing to others and would use them again in the future.

Clark's Roofing and Joseph Hardy are the best! They are really easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process of having our shingles replaced. They are very knowledgeable and work well with insurance companies with regards to claims. They even caught stuff that the insurance adjuster missed (and I had no clue about). Waldo was patient and worked with us to allow time to have that work done before installing the new gutters. It's rare that you come across model professionalism from start to finish in any business these days but Clark Roofing (specifically Joseph Hardy) is just such a business. I needed an emergency roof repair (and ultimately a replacement) on one of my rent houses in Waco (I'm in Austin). Joseph found out that water was leaking on my tenants bed and headed over there the same day. He was able to patch it, he met the insurance guy out there for me, and responded in a timely and professional manner every time I called/emailed. Bottom line, he explains what needs to happen, gives you options that fit your needs and budget, tells you what he is going to do, and then does it all while remaining friendly, courteous, and professional. Joseph Hardy and the whole crew at Clark Roofing are amazing and we could not recommend them enough. A few years ago, a couple of brutal storms destroyed our roof. Clark Roofing came out and knocked the project out of the water. As if that wasn't enough, we recently had a plumber misdiagnose an issue we were having in our attic. Joseph sent someone out to us, free of charge, helped correctly diagnose the issue AND helped us find a plumber to fix the job ASAP. It is so hard these days to find folks who will do good work and when you do find it you want to shout it from the rooftops. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

They came to fix my commercial flat roof for a better commercial insurance policy rate. I needed to prevent any future risks. They were a great price, beat the competitor, and did the work fully and completely clean. I honestly recommend. Dakota was a good communicator with me about the timeline.

If I could give more than five stars, the folks at this company deserve it. I had lost a few shingles in a recent storm, which also lead me to wonder if we had hail damage. I called Clark Roofing and spoke with a real local person. He promised that he would send someone out that same day. Indeed someone showed in early afternoon. He surveyed the damaged shingles. He also did thorough examination of the entire roof. He decided there was not enough hail damage to support an insurance claim, and even got a colleague out to confirm his assessment. He then took a piece of damaged roofing back to the shop to match it up and returned that same afternoon. He not only repaired the damaged shingles but repaired many other spots where the roofing nails needed to be caulked. As he left I asked how much I owed and the young man would not let me pay him. When it does come time to replace our roof you can bet I will be calling Clark Roofing!

Clark inspected my roof for hail damage and worked with my adjuster to make sure my new roof went on without any hitches. Provided a detailed quote and used quality materials. The crew stripped off and installed my new roof in one day. They protected our shrubs and flowers. After they were finished you couldn’t tell they had been here. Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. We are really impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Clark Roofing. Our new roof looks great and the whole team did an excellent job. They were careful, paid attention to detail, and cleaned away the debris as if they'd never been there. Our contact was Joseph Hardy, who deserves way more than five stars. He made sure all expectations were clearly stated and upheld. He made sure that hail-resistant shingles were installed as promised (as no additional cost) and even left an unused bundle of shingles for us. Joseph was very detailed in explaining what would be done. The replacement of skylights, roof vents, etc. The workmen were courteous and arrived on time both days. The cleanup was thorough. Our entire roof was completed in two days!

Great Company. Jeremy (our consultant) was the kind of guy you like to deal with. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. He listened and then provided options along with advice (actual advice. Not high pressure nonsense). I wish every company had a Jeremy. The crew was amazing as well. They knocked it out of the park and fixed a few issues you might call "roof adjacent" while they were there. Great attitudes. Total professionals. From start to finish. I contacted Waldo with Clark Roofing after trying numerous roofing companies and contractors to fix a roof leak. He was the only one who followed up with me to ensure the repairs were completed and done correctly prior to sending me an invoice. The other companies did not call to confirm the repairs corrected the problem and only wanted to know when they could expect payment. One company came out twice when the the repairs did not correct the problem and invoiced me twice; leaving me with a leaking roof. I highly recommend Waldo and Clark Roofing.
