After a recent hail storm, my wife called 6-7 roofing companies for estimates. The estimates varied up to 10k dollars. The neighbor a few houses down the street (Joseph Hardy) approached us one evening and asked if we would like a roof inspection. He came the next morning and preformed the inspection. He noted the areas that obtained hail damage and presented us with the estimate. Joseph was also present when our insurance adjuster was performing his inspection. The estimate included higher hail rated shingles and upgraded gutters equivalent to the basic roof estimate from the others. I was hesitant at first but he took the time to explain how the insurance works plus we figured that since he lived in our neighborhood that he wouldn't steer us wrong. The last time I had a roof replaced was years ago and the process was different. Joseph was very informative with the updates for the roof installation along with the supplies. The day of the installation, he was up on the roof further inspecting after the old shingles and paper were removed. The crew arrived early as promised and did a great job! The clean-up was immaculate as there was nothing I could find after they left and we are very OCD type of people. We highly recommended Joseph and Clark Roofing to two other neighbors who had their roofs done and were just as impressed as us.

My wife and I were very pleased with the replacement of our roof due to hail damage.We decided to replace with Decra metal XD shingles. Waldo from Clark Roofing was very knowledgeable about the shingles and installation. They used a crew from Dallas TX to install the roof which added some cost to installation but the crew was very professional and we could tell that they had done this many times.

Waldo was a lifesaver, not only did he come out within the week that we called, he also did an emergency repair on my stovepipe vent which had a leak over my electric stove, from the hail storm that came through here back in April. He did a estimate on a new roof, turtle vents, and other vent pipes on my mobile home. After getting another estimate from another roofing company we went with Clark's Roofing. So glad we did. They all were so kind who came to do my roof and the daughter and son-in-laws next door too. Very professional, didn't mind answering questions etc. Great job in this awful heat we have most years with Texas summers. Joseph Hardy and the whole crew at Clark Roofing are amazing and we could not recommend them enough. A few years ago, a couple of brutal storms destroyed our roof. Clark Roofing came out and knocked the project out of the water. As if that wasn't enough, we recently had a plumber misdiagnose an issue we were having in our attic. Joseph sent someone out to us, free of charge, helped correctly diagnose the issue AND helped us find a plumber to fix the job ASAP. It is so hard these days to find folks who will do good work and when you do find it you want to shout it from the rooftops. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Just had Clark roofing out to inspect my roof after a hail storm. No major damage, but a couple of vents needed to be re-sealed. They did this minor repair and did not charge for the inspection and repair. Great customer service. If I need any roofing work in the future I surely call them.

I’ve had 2 roofs put on my house and Clark Roofing was by far the best. Starting first with Joseph who inspected my roof and found storm damage. He then walked me through all the insurance claim process and got it all started. Then he gave me a start date and the Roofers arrived on time and completed my roof in one day. They cleaned everything up and even did some extra work on my chimney that was not included. Crew were extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Clark Roofing.

Jeremy was our project manager and he was terrific. He was there right after the tornado damaged the roof and oversaw what turned out to be a lengthy repair. Talked with Joseph on an inspection needed after heavy winds. We didn’t need a new roof at the time but he did replace the shingles that had blown off with new shingles. This company delivers 5-star customer service! During the initial meeting with Project Mgr Ruben Flores, he took the time to understand the issues we had been experiencing and actions taken since purchasing the home in late 2020 (the roof had been replaced by the previous owner with another roofing company just prior to our ownership). Ruben completed a thorough inspection of the ENTIRE roof. Within just one business day, we had a written quote detailing the work that needed to be done, as well as an 18-pg inspection report that outlined his findings/recommendations with pictures. We knew then this was an organization we wanted to do business with. This is how all companies should operate, but sadly, few do today. Because Ruben's inspection indicated some concerns with cracks in the mortar joints of the stone, he went above and beyond in assisting us with incorporating this work in with the roofing repair. The work started as promised, and the crews were efficient, professional, and polite (even when requesting to get on the porch roof to see things for myself).
